2026-27 Early Bird & Warriors Den Care
Brown Christian Academy offers flexible before‑ and after‑school care options to support our families’ schedules and ensure students have a safe, nurturing environment beyond regular school hours.
Early Bird care is available for all BCA students before 7:20 AM, providing a calm, supervised start to the day.
Warriors Den after‑school care is available for students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade and extends the school day beyond 3:15 PM. Students enjoy structured activities, homework support, and positive social interaction in a Christ‑centered setting.

BCA tuition is based on enrollment, not daily attendance. This ensures that staffing, programming, and operational costs remain consistent and sustainable throughout the year.
Inclement Weather & Emergency Closures
Because tuition is tied to enrollment:
Tuition does not change for weather‑related closures, delays, or early dismissals.
This policy aligns with our Absentee Policy and with standard practices among private Christian schools in our region.
Even when the weather prevents us from opening, operational costs such as staff salaries, utilities, insurance, and program expenses continue.
We appreciate your partnership and understanding as we prioritize safety while maintaining the high standards of care and education that define BCA.
