Academic Excellence
Students in elementary grades are challenged through a strong core studies curriculum that includes phonics, reading, English, spelling and vocabulary, math, social studies, and Bible. Teachers utilize whole group, small group, and individual instruction to meet students’ needs and learning styles.
In addition to the core studies above, lower school students enjoy support classes in music, physical education, chapel, art, and hands-on STEAM activity (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). Students in all grades take field trips throughout the year.
Lower school students participate in extra academic programs such as Science Fair and Spelling Bee. Extra-curricular programs and events include field day, athletics, and BMBC Christmas Production.
